Glance Inspection: This inspection allows our skillful drone flyers to fly a drone over and take a quick peak. Drones are great in our line of work, but they cannot pinpoint every minor flaw or lift a shingle to see under a tab. Though we have no intentions of climbing your roof with this option. We will be making sure there aren’t any obvious signs of damage that will lead to issues down the road. So long as trees and other debris, like pine straw, are not blocking our view, we can let you know how comfortable with your roof you should be. This is a free inspection, no strings attached. According to our data, only 4-10 of these inspections lead to a Chalking Inspection where we begin to get our hands dirty. One of our techs will let you now if a Chalking Inspection is required.

Chalking inspection: This inspection consists of a little more knowledge about weathering and conditions. We will carefully climb your roof and closely look at any obvious flaws. Our guys are trained to notice wind and hail damage as well as obvious flaws so that you will be able to make an educated decision to move forward. The cost of this inspection changes from time to time, based on if we knock on your door, scheduling, availability, and if you decide to use Q17 Roofing to resolve any issues, the inspection is free. Detailed Inspection: This inspection is for homeowners who really want to know what is going on with the integrity of their roof. As detailed as this inspection can be, it can take a long while because we put so much time and effort into inspecting the entire topside as well as the attic space below. You will not find another roofing company that will give you a detailed inspection such as this one we offer. This inspection includes photos, videos, and a comprehensive report on all facets, shingles, soft metals, gutters, pipe jacks, and everything on your topside.
